Interim HealthCare of Lexington is seeking a?Director of Nursing ? Home Health?to be a member of our core team, with a heartfelt mission to improve the quality of life for our patients in Middlesex County area to create a satisfying career for our caregiver professionals.
This is a key agency leader position for us, so we can provide supportive services to the senior population and individuals who are affected by an injury or illness, in the comfort of their own homes. This?Director of Nursing ? Home?Health?will provide guidance and resources to families in need of in-home care, and should have a passion for helping others. This is a great place to work and we need someone that can help manage the day-to-day office operations as we grow the business.
Director of Nursing ? Home?Health?key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the effective delivery of all clinical and paraprofessional services in accordance with applicable law and regulations and accepted standards of care
Ensuring Medicare compliance with patient, professional caregiver files
Monitoring clinical record review process
Developing plan for ongoing in-services and staff development.
Managing the recruiting and hiring efforts, particularly with respect to licensed healthcare professionals
Provide superior customer experiences
Create a family like atmosphere while maintaining the synergy within the office and support the culture
Must be able to impact the business with a sense of urgency and care for our employees and clients
?Director of Nursing ? Home Health?Minimum Qualifications are:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and has a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) in which he/she practices. Bachelor?s Degree preferred.?
Five (5) years of home care experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred.
Three (3) years of home care experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years preferred.
