Secure financial operations by monitoring and approving financial entries, audit reports related
to payment receipts, and supervise staff. Tracks every item in the bank statements and confirms
with the accounting ledger.
Duties: Ensure proper and accurate reconciliation of cash amounts in company`s accounting ledger agree with actual bank balance.
Research for items that do not reconcile with the bank statements thru final resolution. Monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities. Reconcile and rectify all ledger account payments to customers. Investigate all transactions in order to prevent risk and fraud related to banking transactions.Provide/request documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports. Verify daily cash deposits. Follows up all transactions continuously and provide updates to management.
Maintain required files, reports, and data.

-Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
-Minimum of five years of experience in accounting or related
field and three years as a supervisor.
-Experience reconciling complex bank accounts.
-Possess knowledge of general accounting principles and
banking system resources.
-Demonstrate the required skill to perform detailed work
accurately and promptly too
-Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
-Exemplify good communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with others
